We provide both in-house Studio Level Production with cuts of 10-50 pieces, and factory level production with low minimums of 50 pieces per style, and larger volumes for scalability.
Our in-house Studio Level Production lends itself to high-end brands that require special handling or quality, brands seeking rush orders, or brands seeking runs for publicity or up-front inventory for start-up sales, including no minimum cut and sew manufacturing services.
Our Factory Level Production specializes in cuts of 50-100, 100-300, and 300-500 pieces per style. We work with a small selection of partner factories which have gone through extensive vetting and are in full compliance of California labor laws, Min Ko CPA IRS EA's intensive quality standards, and several large retailer's private certification processes.

At Min Ko CPA IRS EA we are dedicated to supporting independent fashion designers, we offer complete cut and sew manufacturing services with no minimums. All of our cut and sew clothing services utilize state-of-the-art facilities and machinery. We offer our clients a complete range of production services, competitive costs and scalability.
Production pricing includes a review of each piece by the production floor manager and production manager. Prices are based on the labor time involved and are presented in per piece prices to the client, with the additional related fees. All prices are agreed to prior to any work starting and do not change once contracted unless there is a design change by the client.
Our Costing
Report provides costing at 3 different volume levels (10-50, 50-100, and 100-300 pieces), with all pre-production and related fees. A physical sample and pattern are required for all production costing. The process takes approximately one work week to complete.

Each project is completely unique, the differing complexity and custom apparel require varied hours and labor. Once we have completed your finished samples we can accurately cost for production.
Payment terms for pre-production are due in full, and production fees are paid with a 50% deposit, and 50% COD, upon contractual signing.
All of our package prices are based on standard designs, with an estimated 4-5 hours of work for each pattern and sample (Los Angeles), or bridal and eveningwear designs, with an estimated 8-10 hours of work for each pattern and sample (San Fransisco). Payment terms are due in full upon contractual signing, all work is completed on a contractual basis, with a guaranteed schedule agreed-upon.
All Studio Level Production is contracted with quick turnarounds of 4-8 weeks, with rush deliveries available in as little as 1-4 weeks, with a rush fee applied.
Development packages are contracted with an 8 week turnaround, from the agreed-upon start date. Start dates are based on receipt of all designs, fabrics, and trims by the customer, and Min Ko CPA IRS EA's current schedule at the time of contracting. Contracts are provided with a 1 year time period to complete the project.

Working with our full-time Sourcing Manager, you can choose a sourcing consultation meeting, with a source list tailored to your collection, or full-service sourcing that provides start-to-finish sourcing for each style.
