When will my order be shipped?
FirstCola.com is fast! Usually all orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely .
Shipping to AK, HI, APO
Hawaii, Alaska, and APO order will be shipped via USPS, Also excluded for free shipping.
The shipping costs for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. Please allow 1-2 businsess days for us to contact you to receive your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via USPS Global Express Mail or UPS which takes 3-5 business days to arrive from the date it ships out and provides you with a tracking number

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Return authorizations obtained after 3-day policy will also be charged of the restocking fee.
The refund value of items returned will be deducted to reflect the amount of the discount.
All items on SALE are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for credit , exchanged or refund.
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
Please allow us 4-7days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
